Our first priority is to listen.
We are seeking perspectives from people who understand inclusive education in Albania from different positions within the system.
We would particularly like to hear from teachers, school leaders, school psychologists, inclusion specialists, education researchers, universities, parent organisations, NGOs and policy professionals.
Participation may include a research interview, professional consultation or discussion about current practice.
We are interested in hearing both what works well and what needs to improve.
We welcome conversations with Albanian and international researchers and universities working in areas including inclusive education, SEND, developmental psychology, educational psychology, teacher development, school improvement, assessment and education systems.
Potential collaboration could include methodological review, research ethics, contextual expertise, data analysis, validation and future evaluation.
We are also interested in hearing from organisations working directly with schools, teachers, children and families.
Future partnerships could support the co-design and testing of approaches emerging from the research.
Every Child Thrives Education welcomes conversations with organisations funding or commissioning work in inclusive education, teacher capacity, child development, education-system strengthening, early identification and educational innovation.
At this stage, our priority is to identify partners who share an interest in evidence-led, sustainable system improvement rather than short-term intervention alone.
